Teach build system to install relative symlinks if requested
Add a configure option, --enable-relative-symlinks, which will use relative symlinks for the ELF shared library files. Addresses-Sourceforge-Bug: #3520767 Signed-off-by: "Theodore Ts'o" <tytso@mit.edu>bitmap-optimize
