libext2fs: remove lib/ext2fs/sparse.c
This file was never getting compiled, and there is no user of ext2fs_list_backups() in the e2fsprogs sources. So remove it as a clean up. Signed-off-by: "Theodore Ts'o" <tytso@mit.edu>debian-1.42.9
