Theodore Ts'o	6c133523b2	ChangeLog, MCONFIG.in, configure.in, configure: MCONFIG.in (BUILD_CC): configure.in (BUILD_CC): If cross compiling, find the native C compiler and set it to BUILD_CC so that we can successfully build util/subst. ChangeLog, Makefile.in: Makefile.in (subst): Build subst using $(BUILD_CC), since it's a helper program which must be built using the native C compiler during a cross-compilation.
