Since the test_script driver uses [A-Za-z], we need to set the locale so we don't get bitten on locals where the sort order might be different. Theodore Ts'o	62fc8cef45	Make the test_script ignore and skip empty test directories ... When patching and unpatching quilt files, empty directories get left behind in the tests/ directory.
