Prometheus Monitoring Mixin for etcd

NOTE: This project is alpha stage. Flags, configuration, behaviour and design may change significantly in following releases.

A set of customisable Prometheus alerts for etcd.

Instructions for use are the same as the kubernetes-mixin.
