Add a build option to compile with gcov support 

New build option KWIN_BUILD_COVERAGE which adds
"-fprofile-arcs -ftest-coverage" to CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS and "-lgcov" to
CMAKE_EXE_LINKER_FLAGS.
