Martin Gräßlin ea5c84dd35 GHNS support for Window Switcher Layouts 
Next to the preview/configure button a GHNS button is included
as a simple button with icon only to not break the layout.

Currently the button is not shown as the category on kde-look
has not yet been created yet.

Stefano Avallone 2008982069 Add a Minimized combo box to TabBox 
This allows to select whether TabBox should exclude minimized windows,
or only show minimized windows or just don't care about minimized windows.
This is the default and the behavior as it used to be.

Thomas Lübking 647eaa8afb raise alt+tab selected window w/o compositing (requires highlight windows option to be checked) 
unlink composited window highlighting from the tabbox
-> results in semi-legacy behaviour w/o activating the selected window

Martin Gräßlin 76f17e6de1 Here comes the new TabBox. It is a complete rewrite using a MVC approach. Here some highlights: 
* Models and Delegates for Clients and Desktops
 * Horizontal, vertical and tabular layout
 * Layout of one item can be configured by an XML definition
 * A desktop item can include a client list
 * An optional second list view showing only the selected item
 * A new KCM "kwintabbox"
 * An alternative TabBox with independent settings and keybindings
 * Optional Highlight Windows effect integration
 * List scrolls instead of removing items
 * Scroll wheel support
 * Cursor key support
