Luboš Luňák eb981a2240 Move the videorect effect out, as it reportedly doesn't work very well 
and keeps confusing people. Go with 'recordmydesktop --full-shots' or
something until this is fixed.

Martin Gräßlin a46f5f8945 Add an option to show/not hide panels. Panels are of course not included into filtering and cannot be selected. Like all other windows you can't interact with panels. Option is default off.

Luboš Luňák edcd0112fa Allow minimizing of modal dialogs, simply meaning that their main window 
will be minimized too. Also don't disable the minimize animation for the dialog.

Martin Gräßlin 6a25ea49ee Deactivate scene idle during active fullscreen effect. So mouse events aren't dropped and mouse is usable in fullscreen effects, again. Of course this is not the best solution.

Martin Gräßlin f07944389e Redirect windows when there is an active fullscreen effect. This solves the problem of unredirected fullscreen applications blocking effects like present windows or desktop grid.
