Albert Astals Cid f2b4adec33 set some X-KDE-System-Settings-Parent-Category so that the kcm appear at the same place they do on kubuntu 7.04 
Some places are discussable, but for starters better showing them somewhere that nowhere
There are some kcm that still aren't shown anywhere

Matthew Woehlke 9fc9231483 Set palette's currentColorGroup since apparently kwin doesn't give us one with the right color group. This fixes the bug where the oxygen windeco always uses the inactive colors. 
Is this something that can be fixed in kwin?

Rivo Laks ab2a72fdcb Tune the range of the pixels drawn graph - displayed range is now 10^2 to 10^7.2 which 
should be good enough. The y-axis lines are for each 10^k,  2 <= k <= 7

Rivo Laks 05903e760e - Create a specific method to draw graphs. 
- Draw a graph showing number of rendered pixels in addition to the fps graph.
  This is good for spotting redraw problems (such as animations which aren't stop and keep
  redrawing).

Luboš Luňák e6069e9cf6 Arghl. Again a stupid bug caused by float having poor precision. 
Reverting r700026 and changing floats to doubles again. I'd probably like
to change even the ones interfacing with OpenGL which I've left for now.
