target/mips/tx79: Introduce PSUB* opcodes (Parallel Subtract) 

Introduce the 'Parallel Subtract' opcodes:

 - PSUBB (Parallel Subtract Byte)
 - PSUBH (Parallel Subtract Halfword)
 - PSUBW (Parallel Subtract Word)
