qemu-doc: Fix ivshmem huge page example

Option parameter "share" is missing. Without it, you get a *private*
mmap(), which defeats ivshmem's purpose pretty thoroughly ;)

While there, switch to the conventional mountpoint of hugetlbfs
/dev/hugepages.
