target/arm: Pass ARMMMUFaultInfo to merge_syn_data_abort()

We already pass merge_syn_data_abort() two fields from the
ARMMMUFaultInfo struct, and we're about to want to use a third field.
Refactor to just pass a pointer to the fault info.
