ui/cocoa: Release specific mouse buttons

ui/cocoa used to release all mouse buttons when it sees
NSEventTypeLeftMouseUp, NSEventTypeRightMouseUp, or
NSEventTypeOtherMouseUp, but it can instead release specific one
according to the delivered event.
