John Snow 2da44dd0c6 fdc: add drive type qapi enum 
Change the floppy drive type to a QAPI enum type, to allow us to
specify the floppy drive type from the CLI in a forthcoming patch.

Andreas Färber 020c8e7602 fdc: QOM'ify ISA floppy controller 
Introduce type constant and cast macro to obsolete DO_UPCAST().
Reuse type constant for PC machine compatibility settings.

Prepares for ISA realizefn.

Paolo Bonzini 0d09e41a51 hw: move headers to include/ 
Many of these should be cleaned up with proper qdev-/QOM-ification.
Right now there are many catch-all headers in include/hw/ARCH depending
on cpu.h, and this makes it necessary to compile these files per-target.
However, fixing this does not belong in these patches.
