Eduardo Habkost db1015e92e Move QOM typedefs and add missing includes
Some typedefs and macros are defined after the type check macros.
This makes it difficult to automatically replace their
definitions with OBJECT_DECLARE_TYPE.

Patch generated using:

 $ ./scripts/codeconverter/converter.py -i \
   --pattern=QOMStructTypedefSplit $(git grep -l '' -- '*.[ch]')

which will split "typdef struct { ... } TypedefName"
declarations.

Followed by:

 $ ./scripts/codeconverter/converter.py -i --pattern=MoveSymbols \
    $(git grep -l '' -- '*.[ch]')

which will:
- move the typedefs and #defines above the type check macros
- add missing #include "qom/object.h" lines if necessary

Joaquin de Andres f08085f49f hw/core/register: Add register_init_block8 helper.
There was no support for 8 bits block registers. Changed
register_init_block32 to be generic and static, adding register
size in bits as parameter. Created one helper for each size.

Alistair Francis 4e5f0fb72e hw: register: Run post_write hook on reset
Ensure that the post write hook is called during reset. This allows us
to rely on the post write functions instead of having to call them from
the reset() function.

Peter Maydell afb3141c66 hw/registerfields.h: Pull FIELD etc macros out of hw/register.h
hw/register.h provides macros like FIELD which make it easy to define
shift, mask and length constants for the fields within a register.
Unfortunately register.h also includes a lot of other things, some
of which will only compile in the softmmu build.

Pull the FIELD macro and friends out into a separate header file,
so they can be used in places like target/arm files which also
get built in the user-only configs.

Peter Crosthwaite 684204593d register: Define REG and FIELD macros
Define some macros that can be used for defining registers and fields.

The REG32 macro will define A_FOO, for the byte address of a register
as well as R_FOO for the uint32_t[] register number (A_FOO / 4).

The FIELD macro will define FOO_BAR_MASK, FOO_BAR_SHIFT and
FOO_BAR_LENGTH constants for field BAR in register FOO.

Finally, there are some shorthand helpers for extracting/depositing
fields from registers based on these naming schemes.

Usage can greatly reduce the verbosity of device code.

The deposit and extract macros (eg FIELD_EX32, FIELD_DP32 etc.) can be
used to generate extract and deposits without any repetition of the name
stems.

Alistair Francis 0b73c9bb06 register: Add Memory API glue
Add memory io handlers that glue the register API to the memory API.
Just translation functions at this stage. Although it does allow for
devices to be created without all-in-one mmio r/w handlers.

This patch also adds the RegisterInfoArray struct, which allows all of
the individual RegisterInfo structs to be grouped into a single memory
region.

Alistair Francis 1599121b57 register: Add Register API
This API provides some encapsulation of registers and factors out some
common functionality to common code. Bits of device state (usually MMIO
registers) often have all sorts of access restrictions and semantics
associated with them. This API allows you to define what those
restrictions are on a bit-by-bit basis.

Helper functions are then used to access the register which observe the
semantics defined by the RegisterAccessInfo struct.

Some features:
Bits can be marked as read_only (ro field)
Bits can be marked as write-1-clear (w1c field)
Bits can be marked as reserved (rsvd field)
Reset values can be defined (reset)
Bits can be marked clear on read (cor)
Pre and post action callbacks can be added to read and write ops
Verbose debugging info can be enabled/disabled

Useful for defining device register spaces in a data driven way. Cuts
down on a lot of the verbosity and repetition in the switch-case blocks
in the standard foo_mmio_read/write functions.

Also useful for automated generation of device models from hardware
design sources.
