Clone of Proxmox QEMU build scripts with Vitastor support

Fiona Ebner 2b259b70ec d/rules: add revision to package version ... This version string can be queried with $BINARY --version as well as the query-version QMP command. Useful for qemu-server to be able to report the running QEMU version exactly. Could also be used to version guard against features as an alternative to the query-proxmox-support QMP command.
