Clone of Proxmox QEMU build scripts with Vitastor support

Fabian Grünbichler 658cba46ee d/control: also conflict with "qemu-system-data" ... it ships files also shipped by our qemu package, switching from Debian qemu to ours doesn't work without manual intervention otherwise..
