Subject: [PATCH] intel-iommu: fail DEVIOTLB_UNMAP without dt mode
Without dt mode, device IOTLB notifier won't work since guest won't
send device IOTLB invalidation descriptor in this case. Let's fail
early instead of misbehaving silently.
