Simplify some boolean ezt data values.

* lib/viewcvs.py:
  (view_markup): replace ezt.boolean(0) with None
  (view_directory): replace some Python ternary idioms (yuck) with a call
    to ezt.boolean() which does the nifty magic for us anyways.
