  Added (a file from a recent patch by Marten Thavenius <martent@gmail.com>
  which I inadvertently failed to version when applying the patch).

* viewcvs/templates/docroot/help_rootview.html
  Update names of Fogel's CVS book and my (et al) Subversion book.
