Plugins can now register "widgets", which are links that will be shown for each item. Inlcuded are two examples: bookmark at delicious, and blog with wordpress. Also, plugins can register preferences.

tagging is now useful! you can tag feeds as well as individual items. you can also see unread items per tag.
this opens up lots of ways to actually use the tagging functionality.

feed update timeouts and old item purging are now controlled by admin prefs. also, there are admin prefs. also when users are deleted we now delete them from all tables.
