Martin Gräßlin 673aa39462 Animation cycles only one time over the stack to go to the next selected window, even if <alt> and <tab> are pressed more often. Fixes odd behaviour if <alt> and <tab> are holded.

Kevin Ottens dde6b49658 Don't use the global config for the rules config. 
kdeglobals is not supposed to store such rules, and this way
we don't empty kdeglobals when KWin quits.

Lubos: Ossi confirmed me it was the right move in the way we
use KConfig here, so I committed directly. In case of problem
just tell me.

Luboš Luňák 7d620a3ad8 Make KDecorationBridge also public and with kept binary compatibility, 
so that Compiz can use it for the KDE decorator. Extending will be
done the same way like with KDecoration.

Luboš Luňák 039fdd6124 Fix fullscreen on youtube with latest flash. Requiring the fullscreen 
window to be focusable is probably unnecessary and this was breaking
because of the skiptasbar flag.
