Asim Jamshed 688d4e1988 - Applied fix suggested by YoungGyoun Moon (ygmoon@ndsl.kaist.edu) that correctly calculates sport-sip-dip-dport pool for establishing client connections. 
- Added check for `bc` binary in the autotools script.
